If you thought it was time to relax in the September sun, don’t recline just yet! STP Motorsport will host another month of exciting two-wheeled entertainment.

The STP Superbike Team will be on track not once but twice in September with the first showdown being staged at Croft in North Yorkshire. Round 11 of this years British Superbike Championship will prove critical as the season draws to a close and all riders aim to impress for their 2009 aspirations. STP’s Chris Burns is certain to impress as he continues his gallant performance aboard the MV Agusta. His performance this season may be overshadowed by teething problems but remember, every race Chris has finished, he has stood on the podium. This is equaled by just one other rider in the British Superbike Championship, current points leader and factory Ducati star, Shane Byrne.

After the dust settles in North Yorkshire, the Superbike show descends on 'The Home of British Motorsport’ for the penultimate round. Silverstone will host Round 12 and with its majestic layout and glorious atmosphere, the racing will more than excite. Silverstone is another circuit Chris Burns enjoys and with fast flowing sections, apart from the final chicane, the combination of Burns and the MV Agusta could well insure another weekend of podiums.

If the British Superbike Championship is not enough, then grab your helmet and do the riding yourself! STP Trackdays will once again hold a two day event at the Pembrey circuit on September 27 and 28. STP Trackdays have become increasingly popular with motorcyclists across the UK thanks to the friendly, relaxed atmosphere, the trackside service and support as well as on track advice.
